How are we organised?

ASPEm seen up close

ASPEm is organized into three areas, based on the specific activity of the intervention. Dialogue and exchange are constant, both within the staff and between operators and the territories.
This is because we firmly believe that diversity of perspectives enriches our work and pushes us toward ever better solutions. Drawing from different experiences helps us refine ideas and adapt them to the needs of each context. In this way, the training model applied in Bolivia intersects with the educational project in Italy, only to be further renewed by the perspectives gained from fieldwork in Ethiopia.

Cooperation
and international
solidarity

We design projects born by actual necessities, thanks to the relations with local partners and to the participation of the communities, with the aim of mutual responsibility.

Youth mobility,
volunteering
and civic engagement

We participate in territorial initiatives and volunteering programmes (national, European and international) to support the choice of those who want to activate for change.

Global
Citizenship
Education

We propose projects, activities and actions to the civil society so that it can answer global challenges with the right instruments to build a more sustainable and fair reality.

Board of directors

We are transparent

Every year we publish the economic and social report of our activities

We continue to improve

We ask ourselves how to grant a better future starting from our direct actions. That’s why we have a series of policies regulating our behaviour.

The staff

A single working group
with different people and stories, separated by a ocean
and by various time zones
Partecipa al cambiamento

Ci sono tanti modi in cui puoi aiutarci a costruire un futuro migliore

We like networking

We’re stronger together

We believe comparison and collaboration generate better ideas and solutions:
ASPEm actively collaborates with local, national, European and international networks.

Da sempre al fianco delle comunità locali

Aiutaci a fare la differenza!
