Continuano i seminari del progetto EVA – EU Aid Volunteers
La prima settimana di dicembre ha visto tutti i partner del progetto EVA impegnati in varie sessioni di formazione su come pianificare l’inserimento di volontari in base alle effettive esigenze di ciascuna organizzazione.
EU Aid Volunteers – Capacity Building Bolivia
I soci sudamericani, guidati da ASPEm, si sono trovati a La Paz, quelli asiatici, guidati da ADICE, a Bali, mentre i soci africani, guidati da API, hanno realizzato un incontro virtuale.

In un primo momento, i partecipanti hanno analizzato le rispettive organizzazioni in termini di punti di forza e debolezze. Sulla base di questa analisi, hanno quindi lavorato alla definizione delle attività da realizzare per migliorare le criticità identificate.
EU Aid Volunteers – Online Capacity Building
Da ultimo hanno delineato le caratteristiche e le competenze che i volontari devono avere per poter realizzare le attività stabilite, in modo da ricercare profile specifici e realistici.
Tra gennaio e marzo 2019 le associazioni si troveranno nuovamente per lavorare agli aspetti più pratici della gestione dei volontari.
